is this skill bug or is it normal?...

GM im using the demonic deadly tiger sord, and its faint right?.. i notice that when the mobs are affected by the faint effect the next skill that i would use wouldn't damage it or the damage is only 1... my char is Swordsman and i use the 300 277 skil as a combo... ( not so sure about the skill but i would correct this if im wrong on the skill lvl ) anyway, is this normal or bug?

I have also experience this kind of bug.. I think it is the last 2 skill of a the donated skills.. when you use that combo the second skill will have a damage of 1..
