admin.. my fiance is having a problem regarding her client....
whenever it is in the loading screen.. the game hangs and does not load..
can you help us?

did she install the client and manual patch correctly....

the old adran.. or the adranv5.1 is working properly... the patches are correct...
the specs is weak.. but it still runs the game..
the problem is after she pick the character the game loads and then hangs..
